Bummed.

I have confirmed that Gov. Romney will not be in WA this weekend. After surveying the flood damage Gov. Romney has decided to cancel his trips to WI and WA this weekend. Gov. Romney has declared a state of emergency for MA due to the flooding. Based on the survey there is an estimated 14,000 homes damaged by the flooding. I have been reassured that there is a trip to WA in the future, so stay tuned.

Mitt Romney in Washington State!!

As I posted about a month ago, Gov. Romney will be the featured speaker on Saturday May 20th at the Cascade Conference (see link). This event will be held at the Doubletree Hotel near the SeaTac Airport.

If you are interested in Washington State politics then this is a great event. There will be many key figures of the Washington State Republican party attending this event (including Dino Rossi, Rob McKena, and potenially Mike McGavick). Ticket to attend the whole event are $100 per person and $50 for the dinner on Saturday night. I've spoken with the event organizer and she said that she is willing to waive the admission fee for students. That's right, if your a student and you register before the event it's completely FREEEEEE. If you have any question please feel free to contact me at ( washingtoniansformitt@gmail.com ).

*******************UPDATE**********************************
I have confirmed from the event organizer of the Cascade Conference and from the Commonwealth PAC that Mitt Romney will be in Washington on Saturday May 20th (barring any unforseen events).

Out of the Office.

Sorry for the lack of new info. I am running into the final moments of my last quarter of school (besides this summer) and it's been very demanding. I will (hopefully) be attending the Cascade Conference this weekend and will offer some info and analysis of this event, so stay tuned.........
